LiveInternet.ru (Li.ru) will offer behavioral targeting to its advertisers next month. At the moment, demographically targeted ads on LI.ru are available only. LI.ru owner German Klimenko says the new technology is now being tested. Supposedly his company will follow LiveJournal's Russian operator

pricing which is selling banner ads for $12-14 per 1,000 views, while LI.ru is now offering the same for $1,5-3.
